The room was really clean and tidy, and the bed was super soft! we even got a room facing the waterpark, so it was fun to watch. the food was AMAZING!!! there was such variety, and everything was delicious. all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
i found the direction to the parking unclear. it could be a lot clearer for new guests.

The hotel had a good location near city attractions. The room was spacious, it even included a baby cot. The view from the room was great.
It took a long time to get the bags to the room. I waited about five hours for that. The concierge didn't really help when I asked for a taxi.

the hotel provided an early check-in, very convenient after a long trip. the location is near the city centre. the staff were helpful and friendly, ready to assist with any request.
the water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, cycling between hot and cold water. this made showering rather uncomfortable.

The breakfast spread was pretty good. I'll give them that.
The water pressure in the shower was all over the place, going from scalding hot to ice cold with no warning. it. and the mattress. oh, the mattress. it reminded me of sleeping on a slab of concrete. I tossed and turned all night. the walls are thin too, so sleep quality? questionable.
